This study aimed to determine the completeness and characteristics of digital instructional materials on students engagement performance Grade 11 in Empowerment Technologies. Particularly, researcher attempted level components terms objectives, learning content, activities assessment evaluation. The also determined multimedia, interactive, accessibility, flexibility. It was asked answer conceptual critical engagement, relative practical test written test. used descriptive quantitative research design employed by obtain necessary data. respondents were composed one hundred thirty (130) students. Random sampling utilized selecting respondents. researchers instrument this is through development a series questionnaires suited for problems study. concluded that Digital Instructional Materials result significant. means are vital improvement quality
